Rent is only charged for the rental period and not for the delivery and pickup dates
How it works?
• Book your order on our website
• We will reach out to you on your whatsapp number provided in the order
• Our executive will provide you personalized assistance in deciding the right products for your use, depending on the trek or travel conditions and weather.
• Once the order is decided, the customer makes payment of Rent and Security Deposit (from second-time orders, pay on delivery is available)
• Verification is done by taking social id proof, work id proof, address proof, and alternate number from the customer
• We will share the product picture before delivering
• Delivery is done a day before the travel date (between 4 PM - 8 PM)
• Rent is charged for the period of travel
• Pickup is done one day after the date of return from travel (between 9 AM- 12 PM)
Annual Subscription:
Travelers can avail annual subscription of travel gears at a one time cost
• for Trekking gears Rs. 5000
• for Snow gears Rs. 4000
• for camping gears Rs. 4000
For this charge, the customer can avail renting of any 5 gadgets - 5 times - for 5 days - anytime during 1 year, without any additional rent. (Delivery and Pickup cost an additional cost of Rs. 100 + Rs. 100)
